Process of Yeast Pastry with Cheese Recipe

Put all the ingredients into a deep bowl except for the flour and the yeast and mix them.

Add the yeast and knead while adding the flour gradually. Stop adding the flour while the dough is sticky.

Clean your hands and knead the dough for 2 or 3 minutes.

Gather up the dough and cover the dough. Leave it for 1 hour.

For filling, mix the the chopped parsley and the cottage cheese in a bowl.

Make the leavened dough in 3 parts. Roll the lumps of dough with the palm of your hands.

Roll out the lumps of the dough into a rectangle with corners with a rolling pin.

Scatter half of the cheese mixture along the long edge of the dough.. And start rolling up it.

Then by leaving 2 cm. borders between each part cut the rolled dough.

Place them into a greased tray leaving gaps in between the doughs to rise.

After you finish rolling and cutting all the lumps of the dough, leave them for 15 minutes into a tray.

To brush over the doughs, mix all the ingredients you need into a bowl.

Then brush it on your doughs.

Preheat the oven to 160-170°C and bake them until golden on top.

Take the pastry out the oven and serve it warm.
