Mama’s Recipe | Protein Shake Banana Smoothie 350 Kcal

Hey There.
Today’s recipe, we will be making Protein Shake Banana Smoothie. It is a healthy breakfast that will keep you going. For this, you will need:

• 1 medium size banana
• 1 tbsp oats (any types of oats)
• 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter (I’m using Steffi)
• 1 tsp chia seed
• 1 tsp flax seed
• 150 ml milk (can use almond or soy as alternative)
• 150 ml water

Methods for spring roll filling
• In a blender, add in milk, water, oats , banana & peanut butter. Blend it until smooth
• In a cup add in chia seed & flax seed
• Pour into the cup the blend liquid and stir together with the seeds
• Ready to drink best serve cold (no ice)
