Strawberry Cake, quick and easy to do recipe

5 eggs (medium size)
110 gr if granulated sugar
125 ml of plain yogurt
15 gr of almond flour
270 great of superfine flour
16 gr of cake baking powder
30 gr of potato starch
150 gr of strawberries
Icing sugar
22 cm diameter baking pan previously grased and floured
Preheated oven at 180 degrees
Bake for about 45 -50 minutes
I put the eggs and the sugar in a big bowl and I beat them with an electric whisk until I get a pale and fluffy mixture.
Little by little, while I’m still beating, I add the yogurt, the almond flour, the baking powder and the potato starch, I mix everything together until I get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
I pour the batter into the prepared pan. I gently put the strawberries I previously cut in squared little pieces on top of the mixture. I let it bake at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes or until I consider it’s ready.
I let it cool and finally, I sprinkle some icing sugar on top of it.
